Regulations of staying at the facilitystrong,
lbCastle apartments
- Check-in starts at. 15:00 and ends at 11:00 on the last day of your stay.
- The payment for the stay is non-refundable in the event of shortening the stay.
The local tax is/is not included in the room price. - We do not accept pets in the facility/
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the facility/rooms.
- Night curfew applies from 22:00 to 6:00 a.m.
- Guests of the property are responsible for any damage caused to the rooms. Damage means both destruction or damage to room furnishings and their loss.
- In the event of damage occurring during the stay, the Guest is obliged to cover the costs of repairing it. Parents are responsible for damage caused by children.
- The guest should notify the owners about the occurrence or discovery of damage.
- Guests are obliged to keep their room key carefully. In case of loss, guests will be charged PLN 200.
- The facility is not responsible for damage to the guest's vehicle or for valuables left in the rooms.
- Guests undertake to use the facility only for residential purposes - organizing events in the facility is prohibited.
- If the Guest significantly violates the peace and/or good of the neighbors and does not comply with generally applicable norms of coexistence between people, the facility reserves the right to terminate the Guest's stay and is not obliged to refund the money for the unused period.
